ABOUT NATALIE

I’ve been a remedial therapist for over twenty years and still get immense satisfaction from my job, helping to create positive change in peoples lives.

Over the years I have evolved in the way I work, incorporating Bowen therapy with remedial massage, scar tissue release and other techniques I’ve picked up over the years, to best help the person I’m treating on the day. I am constantly attending trainings and workshops to learn new skills and develop my practice.

My original training was as a naturopath, and although I don’t practice naturopathy as such anymore, I still bring elements of the holistic approach to my treatments.

If you are after a straightforward massage, either remedial or relaxation, I suggest you book with Luke, who has a great approach to bodywork and is an excellent therapist with a deep understanding of the body.

ABOUT NATALIE

ABOUT
LUKE

I’ve invested my whole life in the world of sports, health, and fitness, competing, leading, and coaching both at local, representative, and state levels.
My passion lies in helping people develop themselves, whether in sports specific type training, athletic development, or relaxation and recovery.

In the world of sports, where physical demands are relentless, massage is like a hidden treasure. It's not just about soothing tired muscles; it's about enhancing performance, preventing injuries, and promoting well-being. I believe that massage is an integral part of an athlete's journey, aiding in their quest for excellence.

From deep tissue techniques that release muscle tension, to myofascial release that improves flexibility and mobility, treatments can be adapted to help you perform at your best.

    BOWEN THERAPY
    REMEDIAL MASSAGE

Remedial massage helps to assist in pain and stress management, and recovery from injury. Remedial massage can incorporate relaxation massage and pregnancy massage.

We all do things every day that put our body under pressure. Sitting at the computer, looking at our phones, driving in our cars, pregnancy, child birth and looking after small children, carrying heavy items. It's no wonder that we feel sore or have stained muscles. Sometimes these niggles become pains that keep us awake at night, or stop us from doing things we love. It's amazing how even a short session of targeted treatment can relieve pain, improve sleep and improve joint function.

    Half hour massage - $60

    One hour massage - $100

One and a half hour massage - $145

    Two hours - $190

Health fund rebates available on HICAPs

Bowen Therapy was originally developed by Tom Bowen of Geelong, Victoria. I obtained my diploma with Bowtech, an excellent school teaching one interpretation of Bowen's work. Since qualifying, I have completed training with a number of Bowen specialists, with more training planned.

Bowen moves are performed by gently rolling over muscles or tendons. This gentle technique is very relaxing and can positively affect a range of issues. In my experience, Bowen can stimulate profound shifts in the body, especially with chronic, long term conditions.

Some conditions I've seen greatly improve or resolve are plantar fasciitis, chronic neck issues, back conditions, headaches, migraines, sleep issues, post operative niggles and many more.

Half hour short session - $60

    1 hour standard session - $90

    Children's session - $60

    SCAR TISSUE RELEASE

While the surgery may have been a success, the result can be a scar which is numb, tight, puckered or just plain ugly. This technique can help restore feeling, reduce redness and smooth out the scar. Scars can also cause dysfunction in nearby joints. If you have a scar that is giving you problems, this work may help. This is usually performed as part of a Bowen session, but scar release can be done as a stand alone session of about half an hour.

Scars from injuries or surgery addressed.

Scar tissue release session - $70

    HEALTH FUND REBATES

Our therapists massage qualifications are recognised by health funds. If you have extras cover with your fund, you should be eligible for an on the spot rebate for remedial massage.

We have HICAPs, so bring your health fund card and claim your treatment on the spot. We also have eftpos and accept Visa and Mastercard
