ABOUT NATALIE
I’ve been a remedial therapist for over 30 years and still get immense satisfaction from my job, helping to create positive change in people's lives.
Over the years I have evolved in the way I work. My practice seamlessly blends clinical technique with strong intuition and energetic healing, incorporating Bowen therapy with remedial bodywork, scar tissue release, and somatic energy calibration to best help the person I’m treating on the day. I am constantly attending trainings and workshops to learn new skills and develop my practice.
My original training was as a naturopath, and although I don’t practice naturopathy as such anymore, I still bring elements of the holistic approach to my treatments.
I no longer offer straightforward remedial or relaxation massages. Please see my offerings below.

BOWEN THERAPY
INTEGRATED REMEDIAL THERAPY
Originally developed by Tom Bowen of Geelong, Victoria, this modality uses precise, gentle moves performed by rolling over specific muscles or tendons. Bowen Therapy stimulates profound healing shifts in the body, making it exceptionally effective for chronic, long-term conditions. Having obtained my Diploma in 2010, I have trained extensively with specialists directly linked to Tom Bowen. I have also recently qualified as a canine therapist, bringing this powerful healing modality to your four-legged companions.

Over the years, my practice has evolved to blend therapies to best suit the person in front of me. This treatment integrates integrates focussed massage with advanced modalities such as Craniosacral therapy, Bowen therapy, scar tissue release and Myofascial release to release tension and restore function.
Please note I no longer offer deep tissue or hard massage. While there may be some moments of discomfort at times during the treatment, my ultimate goal is to coax the body back into alignment. By identifying specific problem areas I select techniques at my disposal that your system requires on the day. Integrated remedial therapy is highly adaptable and includes pregnancy and post partum treatments.

SOMATIC ENERGY BALANCE
Your body stores what the mind can't process. Somatic Energy Balance is a high-frequency, non-invasive session designed to identify and release deep-seated physical and emotional blockages.
Using a combination of kinesiology, The Emotion Code mapping and light touch Bowen and craniosacral therapy, we pinpoint where your body is holding onto trauma, stress or fatigue. This session goes beyond the surface to recalibrate your nervous system, restore structural alignment, and return your body to its natural state of energetic flow. Perfect for those ready to move past chronic physical tension and step into total alignment.
